I appreciate you, J.B.

Dr. John Bradley

Dr. John Bradley (EMCC Business faculty) was, like Dr. Roger Yohe, one of the first people I met after being employed at the college. I don't remember when or how we met, but J. B. made me feel comfortable so quickly that I feel as if I've always known him.

I admire Dr. Bradley for many things. One is his easy acceptance of educational technology: he discovered the power of html and the Web many years ago and has developed a wide variety of course and other materials in that medium. Another reason I admire J.B. is his constant sincerity and his special gift of being able to put people at ease.

You've inspired me in more ways than I can say, John‚ and I appreciate you very, very much.

Hi, J.B.

You're very welcome.

Yes, I admire you a great deal, and you've contributed more to my life than you'll ever know. The few comments I made about you were only a little of what I feel.

Endorsed by Pearl? I'm honored! I'll be doing another section of this blog before long, and Pearl will be in it.

I got interested in blogs several years ago and even had one or two, if I remember correctly, but so many of the blogs then were too confessional—too intimate, in a way— and I lost interest. Now, however, blogs have taken on a very different character and I like them much better.

Take care, my friend.

D. O.
